Tato práce dále provádí potřebné analýzy a poskytuje návrhy ve formě marketingového mixu, organizačního a finančního plánu. Na základě předpokládaných finančních výkazů hodnotí výhodnost projektu.

Diploma thesis deals with the portfolio creation of the fund of hedge funds. Theoretical part describes investment concepts, the theoretical and legislative parts of hedge funds and decription of the various methods used in practical part. The practical part is focused on the selection, analysis and comparison of the hedge funds. Proposal part contains investment recommendations of the portfolio of funds which meet requirements of the management of ABC fund.

Diploma thesis deals with the procedures for valuation of property according to the methodologies used by banks UniCredit Bank and ČSOB. This diploma thesis describes the principles of valuation of assets. In this thesis there are mentioned basic concepts of banking. It carries out a detailed analysis, description and comparison of selected valuation methodologies used by banks and methodologies used in appraiser´s work, who prepares evaluations for banking institutions. Based on the findings an analysis of the different methodologies is made.
Principles of Land Register Adminstration

This master´s thesis deals with the basic principles of the Land Register, comparing those principles on the basis of previous legal regulation in effect until the end of 2013 and current legislation, where from the 1st January 2014 came to force Act no. 256/2013 Coll., on Land Registry (Cadastral Act) and Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. Many changes, important for principles of the cadastre, are enshrined in these regulations. Thesis describes particular principles and states the most important changes, that occured in connection with the new legislation. It explains these changes theoretically and also practically on simple examples for better understanding of the principle.
System of Real Estate Evaluation

The aim of my diploma thesis is to outline the issues of finding out the prices and differences between the prices at the property market and also to clarify the basic terms from the field of property evaluation and the property market. In the introductio of my theses I will be defining the basic terms connected with the given topic. After that I will introduce the readers to the issues of differences between the price and value and also into the issues of the real estate market. I will describe particular types of prices and values, subjects of the property markets and the relationship at the property market. In the following part of my work I will mention the essence of evaluation of properties, I will define the basic terms, methods of evaluation and description of evaluation. However it is not only a blunt list of operations connected with this topic, but it is help to the reader to be better orientated on proceeding and to be familiar with the bacis terms connected with this topic. In the last practical part I will focus on the various types od finding out prices by using different methods.

First part of thesis maps local market of commercial and administrative properties in Brno, compares it to other markets in Central Europe and determine future development. Second part proposes information system and looks for an ideal solution in already deployed information system. The aim of this thesis is to propose optimal information system, which would help to increase investment to commercial estates in Brno region.
